The new model has higher Equihash hashrate and can reach 550 sol\/s depending on the manufacturer. Two rigs will be built in this article. One unit is 2450W, and it goes with GPU connectors, 6-pin riser connectors, and picoPSU to power the motherboard.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-256\" src=\"https:\/\/2miners.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/image18.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"840\" height=\"1120\" data-wp-pid=\"256\" srcset=\"https:\/\/2miners.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/image18.jpg 840w, https:\/\/2miners.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/image18-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/2miners.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/image18-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/2miners.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/image18-800x1067.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 840px) 100vw, 840px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We usually use SATA powered risers, but because of PSU specifications, we had to switch to 6-pin. Then, we configure ASUS Z270P motherboard:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-260\" src=\"https:\/\/2miners.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/image15-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"840\" height=\"569\" data-wp-pid=\"260\" srcset=\"https:\/\/2miners.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/image15-1.jpg 840w, https:\/\/2miners.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/image15-1-300x203.jpg 300w, https:\/\/2miners.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/image15-1-768x520.jpg 768w, https:\/\/2miners.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/image15-1-800x542.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 840px) 100vw, 840px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After reboot, we mount all GPUs. If it\u2019s not too hot in the room, then you may expect up to 550 sol\/s. It supersedes 1070 by 100 sol\/s, but it\u2019s not equal to 1080Ti. However, 1080Ti is more expensive for sure.<\/p>\n<p>The only downside is the high temperature in the room.
